19th January, 2027 - AGM & Members Talk
#
Our AGM is open to all members followed by a discussion on 'Dealing with Problem Colonies'
Join Us for Our Annual General Meeting (AGM)!
Come along to reflect on the past year, celebrate our achievements, and hear about our plans for the year ahead. It’s also a great opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and have your say in the future of our division.
Open Discussion: Dealing with Defensive Colonies
Following the meeting, we’ll be holding an open discussion about managing defensive colonies, those that are particularly flighty, become agitated when the hive is opened, and may sting readily during inspections.
Several members have experienced these challenges over the past year, so this will be a great opportunity to share experiences, discuss possible causes, exchange practical tips, and learn from one another about how best to manage these colonies.
Drinks will be available to purchase at the bar, so stay a while, catch up with fellow members, and enjoy a friendly chat.
We look forward to seeing you there!
